Ways We Can Gather

Private Chef & Dining

Where I come from, no one leaves the table hungry, and no one leaves feeling like a stranger. That’s how my mom and grandmother hosted, and it’s how I cook.

When I come into your home, I want it to feel less like hiring a chef and more like having a friend who loves to cook take care of everyone. Every menu is custom-made. We’ll talk about the occasion, who’s coming, what you love to eat, and what you don’t, and then I’ll build a menu just for you. I love to get creative, so if you’re an adventurous foodie, we can take it in that direction. If you’d rather keep things classic, I completely understand and respect that too. Food is about inclusivity and belonging, and taste is personal.

Persian cuisine is at the core of everything I cook. It’s the food I grew up with, and it’s where my love for hospitality began. Think rich regional stews, smoky grilled kabobs, saffron rice with golden tahdig (the crispy bottom of the pot everyone fights over), and pistachios and saffron in just about everything. Even when I cook Italian, French, Mexican, or Asian dishes, there’s almost always a Persian touch. It’s simply how my taste and instincts work. It might be braised lamb tacos with Persian flavors or crostini on warm sangak bread: familiar dishes with a little taste of home. Whatever’s on the menu, it starts with the best ingredients I can find.

For me, the best part is watching the home come alive. It starts with the aroma and the energy of a meal coming together, the kind that makes a house feel warm and full. Then the table fills up: hosts and guests relaxed and excited to eat, shared plates passed around, stories being told, and someone always asking for the recipe. Most of all, it’s the satisfied smiles on everyone’s faces. That’s what I cook for. I pour my energy into the food, and it comes back to me around the table. Whether it’s dinner for two or a party for forty, I handle the menu, staffing, shopping, cooking, and service. All you have to do is sit down and enjoy the people you love.

Ideal for: gathering the people you love, from a quiet dinner for two to a full table of friends and family

Some of the best ideas and strongest connections happen over food. When teams and clients sit down and share a meal, the walls come down, conversation flows, and people remember how they felt long after the meeting ends.

My team and I bring that same warmth to corporate gatherings of every size. We’ve cooked intimate family-style dinners for teams of 16, full bar , grazing table and bite size unique menu for a youtube series launch celebrations for more than 110 guests, and four days of meals for a 30-person leadership summit in Montana. Every menu is custom-built for your group. Persian flavors are my signature, but I’m just as happy creating an Italian-inspired spread, a Mexican feast, a French-style dinner, or a Mediterranean and Asian blend, often with a subtle Persian touch. We’ll choose the format that fits your event: abundant grazing tables, elegant passed bites, or generous family-style spreads that get everyone reaching across the table.

We also take care of the details that make an event feel complete. We coordinate rentals like plates, glassware, linens, and serving pieces, and I can design a custom bar menu with signature cocktails, wine, beer, and mocktails inspired by your menu, like a saffron or rose-infused spritz. Bar service is handled together with licensed bartending partners. From the first conversation to the last plate cleared, my team plans every detail so the event runs seamlessly and the food still feels personal, even at scale.

Ideal for: executive dinners, client celebrations, team offsites, launches, holiday parties

Corporate Events

There’s something special about cooking for a group over several days. By the second morning, the table becomes the place everyone looks forward to, where conversations from the night before carry on over coffee, fresh bread, and something warm from the oven.

Nature is where I feel most at home, and I spend as much time in it as I can. Cooking outdoors is one of my greatest joys: a whole lamb turning slowly on a spit over open fire, kabobs on the grill, the smell of smoke and saffron in the open air, and a long table where everyone gathers under the sky. There’s something about feeding people outside that brings everyone closer.

My team and I travel nationwide to cook for retreats, summits, and multi-day gatherings, planning full menus from breakfast through dinner. Wherever we are, I love sourcing from local farms and markets and blending those ingredients with the Persian flavors I grew up with. This past summer, we cooked seven family-style meals over four days at Nava Gardens in Helena, Montana, for the World Within Summit, an exclusive gathering of entrepreneurs, filmmakers, investors, and changemakers. Montana huckleberries and local honey sat alongside saffron branzino, turmeric chicken, and Lebanese tawook on the grill.

We handle every detail multi-day events need: varied menus from day to day, careful planning around every guest’s dietary needs, and a team that works quietly in the background, whether we’re cooking in a lodge, a private estate, or out in the open.

Ideal for: wellness retreats, leadership summits, creative residencies, outdoor gatherings, destination celebrations

Retreats & Destination Events

A wedding is one of the few times everyone you love is in one place, and the food should feel just as meaningful as the moment. In my culture, weddings are measured by the generosity of the table. No one leaves hungry, and every dish carries a little bit of celebration.

My team and I create menus for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners, and morning-after brunches. We’ll talk about your story, your families, and the flavors that mean something to you, whether that’s a traditional Persian spread with jeweled rice and saffron sweets, a blend of both families’ cuisines, or a modern menu with a few touches from home. From a candlelit dinner for twenty to a lively celebration under the stars, we take care of the food, service, and details, so you can be fully present with the people who matter most.

Ideal for: intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners, engagement celebrations, post-wedding brunches

Brand Collaborations & Recipe Development

Food is one of the most powerful ways to tell a story, and I love helping brands tell theirs. Whether you’re launching a product, building content, or looking for a fresh take on Persian and global flavors, I bring creativity, cultural depth, and a chef’s eye to every collaboration.

I develop original recipes, create dishes for photo and video shoots, host cooking segments, and cater launches and brand events. I’ve cooked live on Manoto TV, created cooking lesson videos for the Farhang Foundation, and catered the full experience for two YouTube creator launch events, from a custom menu and drinks to a statement grazing table. Every collaboration is built around your brand’s voice, with recipes and experiences that are delicious, beautiful, and true to where they come from.

Ideal for: food and beverage brands, product launches, content creators, media and TV, cultural organizations, brand events

Restaurant Menu Consultation

A great menu tells guests who you are before they take a single bite. I work with restaurants, cafés, and food businesses to create menus that are flavorful, memorable, and work well in a real kitchen.

I can help you introduce Persian or Persian-inspired dishes, refresh an existing menu, or develop new signature items and specials. That includes recipe development, menu writing, tasting sessions, and recipes your team can execute consistently, scaled for real service. As someone who has run a food business, I understand the balance between creativity, consistency, and cost. The goal is a menu your guests love and your kitchen can deliver every day.

Ideal for: restaurants, cafés, hotels, pop-ups, new concepts, menu refreshes
