I’m Chef Piaz, a private chef based in Los Angeles, creating unique dining experiences for intimate dinners, celebrations, and corporate events across Los Angeles and nationwide. Born in Iran and shaped by years in Canada, Dubai, Syria, and Türkiye, I bring a life across borders to every menu I create.
Persian cuisine is my heart and my signature, but my creativity goes well beyond it. I’m deeply inspired by the food of many cultures. I love cooking Italian, French, Mexican, and Arabic dishes, exploring the diverse flavors of Asia, and blending cuisines into something entirely new. Every menu is custom-built from scratch around you, with carefully sourced ingredients, creative recipes, and the warm hospitality that makes every guest feel like family.
